Indigo Apple Tomato

These were created by Brad Gates in California. A mid-season variety with regular leaves. They are a great yielding plant for an indeterminate type. This was one of our steady producing tomatoes during the summer. Indigo Apple tomato is a thicker walled fruit with a thicker skin and have a weight range from 2oz to 4oz. We were always taking these to the farmers markets. The taste of these delicious fruits lean more towards the sweet side with a tiny bit of acidity.
