Aji Lemon Drop Pepper are also known as Aji Limon, Aji Limo, or Lemon Drop. These peppers have a lemon flavor to them along with some heat. The Scoville rating for these delicious little peppers range from 15,000 to 30,000 (SHU). This is an excellent pepper to cook with to add to citrus and heat to dishes. These are also a great addition to sauces and powders too. This pepper comes from Peru, where they use them daily in the cuisines they create.
