Amana Orange Tomato
Amana Orange Tomato is an heirloom tomato. This was named for the Amana colonies in Iowa. A late season variety with regular leaves. Also and indeterminate plant which will produce up until frost time if they are taken care of. They have a sweet but tangy flavor with a little bit of fruity taste like a pineapple. Some say they can grow up to 2 pounds (ca. 907 gram). Our averages were between 10oz (ca. 378 gram) –16oz (ca. 605 gram). These fruits are great slicers for sandwiches and trays.
