Black Aisberg Tomato

This is black beefsteak tomato which comes from Russia. A mid-season variety with regular leaves. Also, an indeterminate plant that will keep producing til frost time. They produce a medium size beefsteak tomato that weigh between 5 oz (ca. 189 gram) to 10 oz (ca. 378 gram). These are very juicy and sweet, but they also have some acidity to them too. Which makes these dark beauties have a bit of a tang to them. Definitely worth growing to use as a slicing tomato or to add to your sauces and pastes to add more flavor. They can also be canned too.
