Blue Stars Tomato

We discovered this tomato last year amongst our Fuzzy Blue Balls Tomato plant. The only similarities are they are yellow, blue, and fuzzy. The differences are they can get a bit larger and are not round. They have flat sides to them, similar to a star. Especially if you look at the tomato from where the stem is. It is a mid-season tomato with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that produces these unique tomatoes. They are a juicy tomato with complex flavors. The flavors consist of a sweetness with a slight acidity and a touch of tartness and citrus notes. A great tomato for markets, fresh eating, and salads.
