A mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate that is a heavy producer of these large fruits. These plants produce these giant 1 pound plus beefsteaks. Be sure to stake you plants well. This year we grew out restocks of this fruit, but due to the extreme heat and stressful conditions, they turned more red than yellow (pictures below). This juicy tomato has a great sweet flavor and is low in acidity. These fruits make an excellent slicer for sandwiches and deli trays. Another popular tomato amongst customers at the farmer markets.
