This is an heirloom tomato that comes from Ohio. It is a mid to late season tomato plant with potato leaf foliage. This is an indeterminate variety, which means it produces all the way up to frost if taken care of properly. It produces large beefsteak tomatoes. This fruit is very meaty, which makes it an excellent slicer. The flavor is acidic with an old-timey taste. It is great for sauces.
