This is an heirloom tomato from Kentucky that dates back to the 1900s. It is a mid to late season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. This is an indeterminate variety, which means it will produce all the way up to frost if taken care of properly. It produces white beefsteak tomatoes that have a weight between 4 ounces and 9 ounces. This fruit is very meaty and has a thicker wall to it. The flavor is sweet and rich, with no acidity at all. It would be great for sauces, slicing, and for putting on top of salads.
