Burgess Stuffing Tomato

This is a smaller red stuffing tomato compared to other larger stuffing tomatoes. These would be great for Hors D’0 euvres. A mid-season variety with regular leaves. An indeterminate variety which will produce up until frost time if you take care of your plants. This plant is a great producer of these hollow fruits that weigh around 6 ounces. They have a great balance in flavor. Burgess Stuffing Tomato could be cut up and put on salads, stuff them with tuna fish, or with ground beef and rice for baking.
