Cajun Belle Pepper
This is an early season pepper plant around 70 days. They produce loads of these elongated red peppers. First they start out green but turn orange to red when ripening. These peppers have many uses ranging from being great sellers at framers markets, a great fresh eating pepper or cut up for deli trays. They are low in heat with an SHU that ranges from 500 up to 4,000 SHUs. These are recommended for people that do not like a lot of heat. Some of them will give you a slight burning sensation in your mouth, but no more heat than a Jalapeno Pepper. If you like Cajun Belle Pepper, you may also like Ancho Pablano Pepper.
