Casey’s Pure Yellow Tomato
This tomato is a juicy, sweet tasting tomato, with a little acidity on the back end. These were discovered by Jeff Casey of Canada in his grow out of Green Giant Tomatoes. They are a late season variety with potato leaf foliage. These are an indeterminate plant which yield these beautiful yellow beefsteak tomatoes up until the cold temperatures come. The weights will range between 10 oz – 16 oz. They will make an excellent slicing tomato for sandwiches or juicing tomato. You could also use them as garnishes as well, to elevate any dish. Also, these tomatoes were very popular at the farmers markets. If you like yellow beefsteak tomatoes, be sure to check out Big Yellow Zebra Tomato.
