Chernose Seroste Tomato

This is a rare tomato with an unknown origin. A mid to late season tomato plant (80–85 days) with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that is a heavy producer of these blocky oxheart tomatoes. The average weights for these fruits are 16 ounces up to 24 ounces. Be sure to stake your plants well because of the weights and production. They are juicy and meaty, along with being well-balanced with an old-timey flavor. A great tomato for slicing or canning.
