These are a rare heirloom tomato which comes from China. A juicy and very flavorful cherry tomato. These have a thicker outer skin to them. This is a mid-season plant with regular leaves. Also, an indeterminate variety that produce a lot of these 1 inch to 1.5 inch elongated cherry tomatoes. What is nice about CLN 1555 Tomato when growing on the vines they are in clusters of 6 or more. So it makes it easy to pick them. This fruit is great for fresh eating, salads, and farmer’s markets.
