Death Spiral Pepper

This pepper is a super hot and definitely brings the heat. The Scoville rating of this pepper is 1,400,000 + (SHU). They have a citrus but sweet flavor with a lot of heat. Death Spiral Pepper is also known as Death Pepper. Jim Duffy noticed this variant when he was growing out Naga Bubble Gum Pepper. When growing this pepper, they like a temperature range from 70 to 90 degrees, but make sure they get some shade in the afternoon. With these ideal conditions, this pepper will thrive and produce loads of these long and slender, bumpy pods of death.
