Dr. No Tomato
This rare variety was a creation from the late Dan McMurray of Canada. We got these some years back from a seed collector. This is a mid-season variety with regular leaves. They produce these large red beefsteak tomatoes. The weights of these fruits will range from 12oz (ca. 454 g) to slightly over 16oz (ca. 605 g). Be sure to stake your plants well. This is an indeterminate plant, which produces loads of these fruits. The flavor of Dr. No Tomato is unique and complexed. It starts off with an old-timey taste, then switches to sweetness, next to acidity before mellowing out. An excellent slicer, garnish, fresh eating, and market fruit. We have a review of this tomato and other Breeder Tomatoes on YouTube. You may want to check out another great tomato by Dan, which is Bramki Tomato.
