Description
Dwarf Microberry Tomato
This is a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. They get to be 3-4 feet tall but bushy. It is an indeterminate variety, which means it will produce all the way up to frost if taken care of properly. This is NOT a micro tomato. We talked to the breeder of this variety from Austria Lukas Wallmann, He say it can get up to 10 feet tall. He showed us several different pictures ranging in size from 3 feet in a container up to 10 feet tall in the ground. Some even use this plant for hanging baskets. Our plants only got to be 3 to 4 feet tall the same as some other vendors who grew this tomato. We live in a short growing season area. Added note there maybe variation in size. We try to provide as much information as possible from many sources. Plus, we included how they were grown and our own experience. We went by the name on the package where we purchased our seeds from. It is a multiflora plant and we only recommend growing 1 plant since it is a very heavy producer. The flavor is a blend of sweet and citrus. It is great for salads and fresh eating. If you like this tomato, you may also like Barry’s Crazy Cherry Tomato.
