This tomato was developed by The Dwarf Tomato Project. It was created by crossing Golden Dwarf Champion Tomato with Green Giant Tomato. A mid-season tomato plant (80 days) with rugose potato leafs. An indeterminate tomato that will reach up 5 feet tall. They produce these bicolored beefsteak tomatoes with weights from 6 ounces up to 14 ounces. Some even say they have gotten weights up to 20 ounces. Be sure to stake your plants well. The flavor of these delicious fruits are very complex. They start out intense, bold, and tart. The after about 20 seconds they mellow to be sweet and balanced. These tomatoes could be used as a slicer or added to garnishes, and salsas.
