When growing these peppers, the pods face upwards, instead of hanging from the plant. With only getting this tall, it makes them a great variety for container gardens. The Scoville rating will be between 30,000 to 50,000 SHU. The flavor is sweet with some citrus and floral notes. An excellent cooking pepper for stir-fry, sauces, or added to powders.
