Gallhar Bean

We got these beans from the seed swap in Kentucky. They are an heirloom white seeded bean. We do not have much information about this bean, except for the name and the growth habits. It is a mid-season pole bean variety around 70-80 days. They get to be around 6 to 8 feet tall and are very productive. The pods are about 5 to 7 inches in length. They have a hearty and full flavor to them. These beans could be used for soups, cooking, and snapping. If you like Gallhar Bean, you may like North  Carolina Cornfield Greasy Bean. (15 seeds)

LIMIT 1 PER ORDER ONLY AVAILABLE TO USA CUSTOMERS EXCLUDING ALASKA AND HAWAII DUE TO WEIGHT, SHIPPING, AND CUSTOMS.

I love the fact that even though they are full and turning yellow the hull is still tender. And they snap so good. This is my first year growing them, but will grow these tasty beans again. Very well pleased with these old timey ones. Heirlooms from the past. Thankful they have been shared.
