Genghis Kahn Pepper

Genghis Khan Pepper is also known as Genghis Khan Brain Pepper. These were developed by an Italian grower. They produce loads of these 11 gram to 13 gram pods. This was one of our best producing pepper plant we grew this year. The Scoville heat unit rating for this pepper is 1,600,000 SHU. This is considered to be one of the hottest super hot peppers on the market today. There are only a handful of peppers which are hotter. Some people say they have a fruity flavor to them along with being hot. These would be a great additive to any powders or sauces.
