Genovese Basil

Genovese Basil is one of the most popular Basil amongst culinary chefs. An excellent herb to add to dishes fresh to elevate flavors. They have more of a peppery tang to their leaves. This herb also has medicinal properties as well. When growing this basil they prefer full sun, the more sun the bigger the plant gets. These prefer well drained soil, so water regularly but do not overwater. The leaves can also be used as an air freshener too.
