Gerig Tomato

This is a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. It is an indeterminate variety that produces these 12 oz. to 16 oz. beefsteak tomatoes. Be sure to stake your plants well because it is very productive. These delightful tomatoes start out with a balanced flavor, but then lean towards the acidic side.
