This tomato was created for ketchup by the Heinz Company. It is a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. This is a determinate variety that will produce for 4 to 6 weeks then be done. The weights of these fruits can range from 6 oz. to 8 oz. in size. These delicious beefsteak tomatoes are very sweet and acidic. They would be great for sauces, pastes, and canning.
