Hot Banana Pepper

These long banana shaped pepper has a Scoville rating between 0-500 (SHU). This pepper is a popular vegetable in gardens and amongst chefs to add a little spice to dishes. Hot Banana Pepper also makes an excellent stuffing pepper as well. They can also be added with other vegetables for a medley and pickled to bring some spiciness.  This is a great producing plant, just make sure to pick them often, so they keep yielding until the frost comes.
