This is a rare Appalachian heirloom pole bean. These heirloom beans date back to the Jennings family of Tennessee. It is a (75-80 day). The vines can reach up to 8 feet tall with purple flowers. They are a great produce of these 5 to 7 inch pods. These make an excellent snapping bean or dried bean as well. They can also be used for decor to mixed with other beans.
