La Cadero Tomato

This tomato was created by Bruno Fournier from France. It is a cross between Pink Berkeley Tie Dye Tomato and Indigo Apple Tomato. This is a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. It is an indeterminate variety and will produce up until frost. The weights of these fruits can range from 5 oz. to 9 oz. in size. These beautiful bicolored fruits are balanced in taste which lean towards the sweet side. The fruits are very meaty with some tanginess to them. They would be great for slicing, sauces and garnishes.
