Linnie’s Oxheart Tomato

This is an heirloom tomato from Kentucky, unsure how long it’s been around. These were named after Linnie Sears who was growing them for many years prior before sharing them. This is a late season tomato plant (90-100 days) with regular leaf foliage. They have a weight range from 10 ounces up to 15 ounces. Some even say they can get up to 18 ounces. These tomatoes are juicy and very meaty with few seeds. They have a full flavor to them and are well-balanced. A great tomato for juicing, sauces, canning, pastes, and to cook with.
