Mac’s Pride (Big Mac) Tomato
This is an heirloom tomato was grown by Doug Brown and the Brown family in Franklin County, Virginia for over 100 years. It is a mid-season tomato plant with potato leaves and produces these giant 1 pound plus tomatoes. They are an indeterminate variety that is a heavy produce of these fruits. Be sure to stake your plant well or your plants will snap your plant. A very flavorful tomato with a bit more acidity, but very meaty and juicy.  Mac’s Pride (Big Mac) Tomato makes an excellent slicing, canning, and sauce tomato.
