Mushroom Basket Tomato

This is a Russian heirloom tomato. A mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that is a heavy producer of these large tomatoes. They can range in weight from 8 ounces (ca. 302 gram) to 16 ounces (ca. 605 gram). We almost forgot to get pictures of these fruits because of how popular they were at the markets. An excellent ruffled red tomato for slicing for sandwiches, deli trays, or canning for the winter blues. A great balance between sweetness and acidity.
