An heirloom tomato that originated from Mexico. These are also known as Joya de Oxaaca Tomato. This is a late season variety with regular leaves. This is an indeterminate plant which produces these large, gorgeous bicolored beefsteak fruits. Be sure to stake your plants well because of the weight and the heavy yields. The flavors of these delicious fruits are sweet, fruity, and rich. These could be used for markets, slicing, sauces, and garnishes. They will elevate any meal that they are added to.
