These tomatoes were created and stabilized by Karen Olivier of Canada. This is a mid-season tomato plant with potato leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that produce these black beefsteak tomatoes. The weights can range from 11 ounces (ca. 416 gram) up to 23 ounces (ca. 869 gram) in size. This is a very juicy and meaty tomato. They have a sweet taste with a complex flavor. These have fewer seeds in them which are great for sauce, pastes, and canning.
