Polish C Tomato

This is a rare open pollinated tomato variety. It is a mid-season tomato plant with potato leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that produce these 8 ounce to 10 ounce beefsteak tomatoes. Some say they can get up to 23 ounces. This could be possible our did not fair as well due to our garden placement. A very meaty tomato with few seeds. These have a smokey flavor to them, blended with a balance of sweetness and acidity. A very flavorful fruit that could be used for fresh eating, canning, sauces, or slicing.
