Polish Linguisa Tomato

An heirloom tomato brought to America in the 1800s by a polish gardener. These are a mid-late season variety with regular wispy leaves. Also, an indeterminate tomato plant which will produce until the frost comes if taken care of. A very prolific and produce these large elongated red tomatoes with an average weight around 9oz —10 oz. This is a meaty tomato with a mild acidity. Polish Linguisa Tomato makes an excellent cooking tomato. They could also be used for canning, sauces, and pastes too.
