Redfield Beauty Tomato

This is an heirloom tomato that was introduced in 1889 by H. G. Hastings and Co. A mid-late season variety with regular leaves. Also, an indeterminate plant which produces a lot of these 3 oz (ca. 113 gram)-4 oz (ca. 151 gram) red fruits up until the frost comes. These have a great full flavor and mild. But they lean more towards the acidic side, but not too much. An excellent snacking and fresh eating tomato. This will also do well at farmers markets as well because of the production and flavor.
