Ron’s Carbon Copy Tomato

Ron’s Carbon Copy Tomato was created by Ron Rhyne of Muskogee, Oklahoma. This was the results of a cross between Carbon and an unknown cherry tomato. A dark-colored cherry tomato that is a mid-season variety with regular leaves. These are a very prolific indeterminate plant which kept our markets and restaurants supplied until the end of the season. They were very popular because of their taste of being balanced, sweet, and smokey, they are very juicy too. We have a review of this tomato on YouTube along with other cherry tomatoes. Another great tasting cherry tomato is Jackie Tomato.

This is my favorite cherry tomato! It's a rich, savory, garlicky, tomatoey flavor-bomb. Mid-level sugar content, at 6.1% brix. Less productive than Black Cherry, but very drought-tolerant, and very worth it!
