This is another creation from Brad Gates of Napa Valley, California. A highly productive mid-season variety an indeterminate plant. They produce these yellow beefsteak tomato with spots or as some call them freckles. This tomato was not bred for look but for production and flavor, They produce these clusters of 3oz to 5oz fruits. The flavor is a combination of sweetness with some tartness, which works very well together. Spot Yellow Tomato could be used for a slicing, salads, canning, or to cook with.
