Sweet Banana Pepper

This is a heavy producing heirloom pepper. They have a Scoville rating from 0-500 (SHU) so not very hot at all. Sweet Banana Pepper is an excellent stuffing vegetable. These will grow to be about 5 inches to 7 inches in length. One of the most reliable peppers for production. A very popular pepper amongst chefs and home gardeners. They can be used in sauces, garnishes, and could be pickled also. When they start to ripen, you will see a green color first, then they will switch to yellow and red colors when fully ripened.
