The Thong Tomato
This tomato was created by Blane Horton. We grew these fruits before we had to grow them again because of their popularity. They would be good for containers or on a patio since they are dwarf in size reaching 3 feet (0.91m) tall. A gorgeous blend of colors on the outer skin of these beefsteaks. These are an indeterminate, midseason variety. The taste is juicy, sweet, with some slight acidity. The Thong tomato makes an excellent slicing fruit for sandwiches and trays.
