Tiffen Mennonite Tomato

An heirloom tomato that was grown by the Mennonite’s in Wisconsin. This is a late season tomato plant that produces these large pink beefsteak fruits. These will produce tomatoes with weights from 11oz to 14oz, you may get a few around 16oz. Tiffen Mennonite Tomato is an indeterminate variety and will need extra support. For us here, they seemed to be an average producing tomato plant. They have a rich flavor with an old-timey taste. These tomatoes could be used for slicing, cut into salads, or garnishes.
