Over several years he stabilized this cross. It is a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that produces these ruffled black tomatoes. It is a heavy producing plant, so be sure to stake your plants well. Most of our average weights were between 4 ounces and 8 ounces. Some say they can get up to 10 ounces. These are a juicy tomato on the sweet side with a touch of acidity. A good tomato for slicing, salads, and markets. If you like black beefsteak tomatoes, you may like Chernose Seroste Tomato.
