This is a rare heirloom pole bean. We got these many years ago from a seeds collector. The history of this bean is unknown and was lost when he passed away. This plant is a great producer of these 5 inch to 7 inch pods. The vines can get up to 7 feet tall. They could be used for snapping or cooking. These beans are great in soups.
