This is a 100-year-old heirloom tomato. These were a variety of the author’s selection of Mr. Everett Holder. These are a mid to late season tomato plant (78-85days) with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that produce these large pink beefsteak tomatoes. Be sure to stake your plants well because of the weight. The average weight of these fruits are between 1 and 2 pounds. The flavor of these giant tomatoes are juicy and sweet. An excellent tomato for slicing for sandwiches or deli trays.
