Virginia Sweets Tomato

This is an open pollinated which produce large slicer tomatoes. A mid to late season tomato plant around (80 to 85 days) with regular leaves. An indeterminate variety which yields these giant bicolored tomatoes. Be sure to stake your plants well because of the weight of these gorgeous fruits. The weights will range from 1 pound (ca. 454 gram) up to almost 2 pounds (ca. 907 gram). They were popular at the markets and could be used for slicing or sandwiches.
