This is one of the many variants of Bubblegum Peppers. When fully ripe, the color of White Bubblegum 7 Pepper will be a creamy yellow shade. How this pepper came about, they crossed & Pot Bubblegum with White Ghost. These have a fruity flavor to them that are packed full of heat. The Scoville rating for these peppers will range from 850,000 t0 to 1,000,000 (SHU).  Another variety that could be eaten right off the plant.
