This is an heirloom tomato which originated from France. Alice Roosevelt Tomato is a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaves. An indeterminate variety that gets to be around 5 feet tall. This plant will keep yielding fruits until frost time if you take care of your plants.. They produce these nice ruffled red beefsteak tomatoes. Our tomatoes were weighing between 6 ounces up to 8oz. Now for the flavor, they are on the sweet side with a bit of old-timey flavor too. These could be used for slicers, canning, or sauces.
