Amethyst Pepper

We got these seeds from Dr. Carolyn Male back in 2017. She got them from Craig LeHoullier, who bred these gorgeous peppers. If you knew Carolyn, she worked with Craig a lot, especially with tomatoes.  Amethyst Pepper as the name refers to has an amethyst purple color. This is also known as Carolina Amethyst Bell Pepper also. What is also unique about these peppers, they have an ivory inside to them. They have a sweet taste to them with no heat at all. These would definitely add more color to your veggie trays during the summer or even salads too. Be sure to check out the other Peppers we have if you like something with a little more spicy.
