Alice Roosevelt Tomato

This is an heirloom tomato which originated from France. Alice Roosevelt Tomato is a mid-season Variety with regular leaves. The plants do not get that big, only getting between 4 feet to 5 feet tall. So you can grow these in containers as well. They produce these nice ruffled red beefsteak tomatoes. Our tomatoes were weighing between 6 ounces up to 8oz. Now for the flavor, they are on the sweet side with a bit of old-timey flavor too.
