Angel Heart Tomato

This tomato came from Tomatoville where Millard Murdock got his selection from. This maybe one of his early workings because we got our seeds from Tomatoville as well a few years later. Ours are pink, not orange but more of a beefsteak. Where he stated to have worked with a heart and a beefsteak from seeds called Angel Heart Tomato he thinks were an F1 he received. It was a cross between Persimmon and an unknown red heart tomato. A mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that produces these medium-sized red tomatoes. The weights range from 8 ounces (ca. 302 gram) to 10 ounces (ca. 378 gram) in size. A well-balanced tomato great for slicing, fresh eating, or canning.
