Introduced commercially by Tatianna”s Tomatobase back in 2014. A good size yellow beefsteak ranging in size from 8-16ozs. The flavor is fruit and sweet with low acidity. Great for slicing for sandwiches or cut it up and put them into salads. Will also add a nice sweetness if added to a garnish. This is a Mid Season, Indeterminate, Potato Leaf, Open Pollinated tomato.
