These were created by Brad Gates in California. A mid-season variety with regular leaves. Also, an indeterminate plant with great yields. Blonde Boar Tomato is a yellow beefsteak tomato with a weight range from 2 oz (ca. 76 gram) up to 5 oz (ca. 189 gram). The flavors of this delightful fruit are mild with just a slight acidity but not much. These are an excellent choice for people who can not handle a lot of acidity in a tomato, but still want a bit of it. These have many uses to them from slicing, trays, sauces, or garnishes.
